I was so excited when Kindrea & David asked me to tell their love story; but was even more excited when they asked to have their engagement session in the snow!!! Ohh how I do love the snow and not too many people are up to getting out in the cold and snow.
Having a photoshoot in the snow in Missouri is not always such an easy task. Missouri does not always have snowfalls with several inches of snow to cover the ground and trees. We waited patiently for a winter storm to come through just hoping to have more than 4 inches of snow. December came and gone.....January was not looking so promising until mid month we got the news of a winter storm pushes it's way towards us. We got several inches of snow and on a weekend!!! So we prepared for the snow and to go out the next day once the storm has passed.
We had a calm day with partly sunny sky's! What a beautiful day to play in the snow. When talking about how we would like to plan out the session, I asked if they would be up for a snowball fight. To my excitement they were up for the challenge!
I am looking forward to David & Kindrea's wedding day...
...when they become Mr. & Mrs. Kelling!
